On
April 27th, 1983, the engineers Mario Luiz Ferreira de Mello Santos,
Marcello Rabello Ferreira and João Eduardo Alves da Motta created
the firm MALTUS CONSULTANCY & ENGINEERING OF DESIGN S/C LTDA., With
the goal of rendering services of technical consultancy in the Area
of Civil Engineering in general and, specifically, in the
Transportation Area.
AEROSERVICE DESIGN CONSULTANCY & ENGINEERING OF DESIGN LTD.,
Successor of MALTUS, was created on August 20th, 1984,
incorporating, in its specialty, the area of Civil Aviation.
AEROSERVICE
initiated his activities elaborating studies and designs for
TRANSBRASIL S.A. – Airlines’ new facilities, embracing:
Loads Terminal
Catering
Maintenance Center of Aircrafts
It
afterwards developed several studies and designs for the City of
Maringá, PR, embracing:
Airports;
Railroads and Railroad Apron;
Mass Transport;
Urban Transport;
Urbanization
At
the same time AEROSERVICE initiated several studies, planning, design
and field works supervision for INFRAERO - Brazilian Enterprise of
Airport Infrastructure, participating in activities throughout the
main airports of the country, including among others:
International Airport of Viracopos / Campinas;
International Airport of Congonhas / São Paulo;
International Airport of São Paulo / Guarulhos;
Several
international, domestic and/or regional Airports in distinct
Brazilian state.
Concomitantly,
AEROSERVICE initiated its international activities,
elaborating in 1991 the Master Plan, the feasibility studies in the
Airport “Pedro Juan Caballero”, in Paraguay.
To
leave of this time AEROSERVICE expanded its
multidisciplinary activities, involving itself in studies, field
works supervision of:
Mass transportation systems;
Urban Roads;
Railroad Complexes.
In the second
half of the years 90’s initiated its activities in the Logistics
Area, developing the implantation studies, design and field works
management of the Distribution Center of the Group “Pão de Açucar”,
in the Anhanguera Highway, in São Paulo, SP.
Initiating in 2001 and concluding in 2002,
AEROSERVICE
planned and elaborated the executive design of the air side of the
New EMBRAER's Industrial Polo – Brazilian Company of Aeronautics, in
"Gavião Peixoto", SP, with a test runway with 5.000 m of
extension.
In
the last years, AEROSERVICE
consolidated its position as one of the companies that lead the
latin-american market in the airport infrastructure studies and
design area, developing its activities in the following airports:
International Airport of Carrasco, Montevidéu, Uruguay;
“Simon Bolívar” International Airport, Guayaquil, Ecuador.
“Mariscal Sucre” International Airport, Quito, Ecuador.
Prosecuting with the expansion of its activities area
AEROSERVICE is
dedicating to the development of the following performance fields:
Supervision and Management of the Airports Services Concession;
Management and Analysis of the Capacity of the Air Space;
Airport Safety
In
year 2003, in prosecution to their contracts with INFRAERO,
AEROSERVICE
concluded the next Development Plans (Master Plans):
International Airport of Vitória, in Vitória, ES;
“Salgado Filho” International Airport, in Porto Alegre, RS;
"Campo de Marte" Airport, in São Paulo, SP
Belo Horizonte/Pampulha Airport, in Belo Horizonte, MG.
In
2004 AEROSERVICE
developed the Master Plan and Preliminary Project for the
International Airport of Tena, Ecuador. Concluded at the beginning
of 2005.
During the second semester of 2006 till the end of the first
semester of 2007
AEROSERVICE developed the final design of the airside
expansion for the International Airport of Porto Alegre, RS
From 2006 through 2007, under INFRAERO’s contracts,
AEROSERVICE
developed the Master Plans for the following Airports:
International Airport of Pelotas, RS;
International Airport of Uruguaiana, RS;
International Airport of Bagé, RS.
It took part as subconsultant of the Master Plan elaboration of the
International Airport of Viracopos/Campinas, SP, concluding
in ends of 2007.
More recently, developed a Technical Due Diligence for the
“Laguna del Sauce” Airport, Punta del Este, Uruguay. |
