>MAIN WORKS EXECUTED IN CIVIL AVIATION


AEROSERVICE Consultancy and Engineering of Design Ltd. develops activities related to Civil Aviation. It acted in planning and design services and field works supervision of airports projects as well as in other transportation modalities, like roads, railroads and terminals facilities. It also rendered a specialized technical office on airports concession and privatization processes.
 

 


It initiated their activities with the Master Plan, Design and the Field Works Supervision of the Cargo Terminal for TRANSBRASIL S/A - Airlines, at the International Airport of São Paulo/Guarulhos – São Paulo (SP), concluded in 1985.
 


Afterwards in 1986, it developed the Master Plan, Design and the Field Works Supervision of the New Maringá's Regional Airport for the City of Maringá – Paraná (PR), concluding the works in 1998.
 

 

It elaborated between 1987 and 1989, the Master Plan and the Design of the Aircraft for Maintenance Center Project for TRANSBRASIL S/A – Airlines, at the International Airport of São Paulo/ Guarulhos – São Paulo (SP).

 


Master Plan Revision of the International Airport of Viracopos/Campinas with an ultimate capacity of 75 million of annual passengers, elaborated for INFRAERO – Brazilian Enterprise of Airport Infrastructure (1997);
 


Since then, it accomplished several works for INFRAERO, being the most important presented below:
 

 

Expansion of the Terminal Area of the International Airport of São Paulo/Congonhas – São Paulo (SP), elevating its capacity of 8 to 12 million annual passengers, elaborated for INFRAERO – Brazilian Enterprise of Airport Infrastructure (1998-1999);

   


Design and Field Works Supervision of the Pinto Martins International Airport, Fortaleza, Ceará (CE), enlarging its capacity to 2,5 million annual passengers, elaborated for INFRAERO – Brazilian Enterprise of Airport Infrastructure (1997-1998);
 
 

 

Final Design of the New Passenger's Terminal Area of the International Airport “Salgado Filho”, in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul (RS), with capacity of 3,5 million of annual passengers  – for Better S.A., the airport contractor (1998 – 1999);

 


Technical Consultancy for the Design of the Passengers Terminal 3, at the International Airport of São Paulo/Guarulhos, with a capacity of 12 million of annual passengers, as associate consultant to Figueiredo Ferraz, the leader company in the contract for INFRAERO - Brazilian Enterprise of Airport Infrastructure (1998 – 1999);
 

 


New Rocket Launching Center Master Plan of Alcântara – Maranhão (MA), in an area of 625 km², with the definition of seven independent areas of rocket launching some of them leased to BOEING AIRSPACE, of the United States and to FIAT AEROESPACIALE, of Italy, among others, elaborated for INFRAERO – Brazilian Enterprise of Airport Infrastructure (1997 – 1998).
 

 


Airport Development Plan for “Campo de Marte” Airport, São Paulo (SP). “Campo de Marte” is the country general aviation main airport, with 112.000 landing and take off operations in 2000 including aircrafts of fixed and rotatory wings (helicopters). The Ultimate Capacity of the landing and take off runway system was estimate in 184.000 annual aircraft operations. The demand for 2020 in terms of general aviation was estimate in 246.000 aircraft operations, elaborated for INFRAERO – Brazilian Enterprise of Airport Infrastructure (2002)
 


 


Airport Development Plan for Belo Horizonte Airport, Minas Gerais (MG). Belo Horizonte Airport, also known as “Pampulha” is an airport "down town" that attends regional aviation and short and medium distance haul flights. The Ultimate Capacity of the landing and take off runway system was estimate in 178.000 annual operations. The demand for 2020 was estimate in 3.140.000 passengers and 143.000 aircraft operations, elaborated for INFRAERO – Brazilian Enterprise of Airport Infrastructure (2002).
 


 

Airport Development Plan for Vitória Airport, Espírito Santo (ES). The Ultimate Capacity of the landing and take off runway system was estimate in 182.000 annual operations. The demand for 2020 was estimate in 4.500.000 passenger and 114.000 aircrafts operations, elaborated for INFRAERO – Brazilian Enterprise of Airport Infrastructure (2002 – 2003);

 


 


Airport Development Plan for Porto Alegre International Airport, Rio Grande do Sul (RS). This airport also had a terminal area designed by AEROSERVICE, inaugurated in 2000. The Ultimate Capacity of the landing and take off runway system was estimate in 240.000 annual operations. The demand was estimate in 8.700.000 passengers and 176.000 aircrafts movements for 2020, elaborated for INFRAERO – Brazilian Enterprise of Airport Infrastructure (2002 -2003);
 

Design and Field Works Supervision of the Guarulhos International Airport, São Paulo, increasing its capacity from 15 million to 17,5 million annual passengers (1999 – 2002);


 

 


Design and Field Works Supervision in the expansion of the International Airport of Viracopos/ Campinas, where it fiscalized the design and the airport expansion works, increasing its capacity to 1,5 million passengers and 1,0 million tons of annual air cargo (1999 – 2002).
 

 
 


Basic and Final Design for the New Test Airfield for EMBRAER – Brazilian Company of Aeronautics, in “Gavião Peixoto”, São Paulo (SP). The test runways with 5.000 m of extension is divided into two segments:

a) A landing and take off runway with variable width extension;

b) A stopway with a testing pool of water ingestion in flooded runway, with 2.000 m of extension. Air trafic control tower, technical building of support to the air navigation, fuel farm, apron of aircrafts and parking support facilities to the operations of testing were also designed.
 

 


From 2005 through 2006, under INFRAERO’s contracts, AEROSERVICE developed the Master Plans for the following Airports:

  International Airport of Pelotas, RS;
International Airport of Uruguaiana, RS;
International Airport of Bagé, RS.

During the second semester of 2006 till the end of the first semester of 2007 AEROSERVICE developed the final design of the airside expansion for the International Airport of Porto Alegre, RS;

Terminal Passengers reversible in domestic x international with an area of 30,000m², a 2,500 m runway and an aircraft parking area with 16,400m². Also, were designed other support facilities such as:

- Air Traffic Control Tower;
- Rescue and Firefighting Station Building;
- Air Cargo Terminal;
- General Aviation Área;

Design and Field Works Management of the  Apron of Inflammable of the Federal Network Rail S/A – FEPASA, Maringá - PR. URBAMAR - Urbanization of Maringá S/A (1986);

Design of the Infra and Super-structure, of the aprons of Uchôa, Saint Ernestina, Corner and Araraquara – SP, for FEPASA – Paulista Railways S.A.(1988);
 



Design and Field Works Supervision of the Railways Apron of Itaipú, in Maringá – PR (1991);


Railway design of the section comprehended between Paratinga's Apron and Perequê's Apron, having an extension of 17,4 Km – SP’s, for the Paulista Railways S/A – FEPASA (1988);

For METROPLAN, City of Maringá, PR, it was elaborated in 1987 the Master Plan, the Basic Design of the Mass Transportation System, including the Technical-Economic Feasibility Study and Basic Design. In 1989 it, elaborated the Basic Design and the Field Works Supervision of the New Railroad Apron, in Itaipu's Old Apron, concluding the works in 1990.

Master Plan, Basic Design, Final Design and Field Works Supervision of the Central Terminal of Distribution of Goods of Pão de Açúcar Group, with 66,700m² of built area, 186 positions for docked trucks and an 38,800m² area for maneuvering apron  and auxiliary facilities (1997).
